2026 AGM Agenda

Please find attached the Agenda for the meeting on Monday 14 September at the Parish Room in the Forum in Yeovil (///curving.poem.went).

The meeting commences at 7:30pm

We are aware that there have been some issues on the club runs this year, which we are trying to address. We, the committee, believe we are reflecting the will of the majority whilst trying to accommodate as many riders as possible.

You will have an opportunity at the meeting to voice your opinion.

Hopefully we can resolve this and the Club can continue to cater for everyones needs in the coming year
