The committee is very pleased to invite you, and any family members, to a long overdue Yeovil Cycling Club evening social event and get together.

The date is Friday the the 3rd of October, from 7pm until 10.30pm, and the venue is the Davis Hall in West Camel (BA22 7QX).

A cold fork buffet, followed by a selection of delicious desserts, is being served around 8pm by the highly recommended Dorset Delights Caterers. A selection of soft drinks is also included in the price and you're free to bring along your own choice of alcoholic beverages.

The buffet choices are;

Roast Ham, West Country Roast Beef, Poached Salmon Side, Homemade Quiche Slice (v), Hot Buttered New Potatoes, Homemade Creamy Coleslaw, Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Cous Cous, served with Salad Leaves & Artisan Rolls. Lemon Cheesecake, Chocolate Roulade with Berry Compote, Somerset Cheese & Biscuits (Barbers 1833 Vintage Cheddar, Brie & Stilton)

The ticket price for adults is £20 and £12 for under 18's, which you'll be pleased to know has been heavily subsidised by the club.

Please reply by return email with the numbers attending and if any of your party are under 18, together with any special dietary requirements (menu choices already cater for vegetarians).

The deadline to let us know is the 21st of September.

Payment is preferred through the usual club account, using the reference PARTY. Payment with cash is possible on the night, but please let us know in advance (I'm sure that you'll appreciate that the club doesn't want to be left out of pocket should anyone fail to turn up).
