A record year – any bike, any distance, any age…
Titanium sprockets, aluminium frames, disc wheels and a liberal sprinkling of aerodynamic bits should mean that today's' club cyclist is much faster than some of the golden oldies, yet a quick glance at the dates on the records below show that this isn't the case. Whilst some of the distances are rare, and the tricycle is all but extinct, there are plenty of times that could be broken. So are you keen, many have expressed an interest but none have taken up the challenge. Claims to Mike Northcott please, together with a copy of the results sheet where appropriate, within 60 days of the event.
